This design kit is an Nb-Al-AlOx-Nb tri-layer, Nb layer structure. The process is offered as a Multi Project Wafer (MPW) service through CMC Microsystems and is available for both academic and industrial R&D.
The Process Design Kit (PDK) linked to this process is available for download through CMC after completing the required paperwork.
