Cadence® EMX® Planar 3D Simulator provides electronic design software to design high-frequency, RF and Mixed-Signal complex integrated circuits (ICs). EMX simulation tool allows designers to accurately and efficiently simulate large RF circuit blocks, characterize the behavior of passive components and analyze the parasitics. EMX tool can be integrated into Cadence Virtuoso, thereby allowing EM simulations to be run directly from within Virtuoso. This can involve EM simulations, generation of Spectre models, creation of symbol and schematic views, etc.
