Prepare custom sample holder (150mm diameter aluminum plate w/20 20 x 15mm slots w/ 0.5mm edge lip)
Clean sampels witha cetone followed by IPA rinse
Deposit 20nm titanium followed by 100nm platinum
- 2 depoisitions via PVD ebeam evapuoration (one deposition per side)
