This design kit is for TSMC 0.13 µm CR013G CMOS process. The process is a 1-poly, 8-layer metal structure with 1.2 V core and 2.5V / 3.3 V supply voltages.
The CR013G PDK is available on CMC’s STC. Contact licensing@cmc.ca if you do not have STC access. To access the TSMC CR013G PDK through CMC, each individual university researcher must sign the required Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) - Statement Acknowledging Responsibility to Protect Information.
In addition, use of this technology is supported by digital design capability supported by the TSMC libraries (including standard cells, digital IO cells, analog IO cells, and bonding pads for the TSMC 0.13 µm CR013G CMOS process). The TSMC libraries can be downloaded from MOSIS document server, following completion of any required MOSIS paperwork.
