This product contains a Process Design Kit (PDK).

The PDK is confidential. This PDK is designed for Siemens Pyxis for an Institute of Microelectronics (IME) custom process. This PDK includes a complete process layer definition, an integrated Design Rule Check (DRC) to verify a design against the process specifications and documentation.

Access to the PDK and the User Guide is restricted to CMC Microsystems account holders whose organization has a non-disclosure agreement with CMC.
