To start the 28-nm licensing process, please, if you don’t already have one, request an account directly with CMP through: https://crm.mycmp.fr/register. Once your account is established you will be able to start the NDA process. Once fully executed NDA is in place, you can request PDK access through your account.
In addition to the NDA, access to the PDK is subject to the Network Security Requirements.
You may access this technology if your university site has signed the STMicroelectronics Non Disclosure Agreement. To find out if your university has signed this agreement, see the University LIst for STM NDA 28nmFDSOI Nov_5_2014.
