Software download for Xilinx Vivado 2019.1 design tools for Windows/Linux.
To install:
Extract the downloaded file Xilinx_Vivado_SDK_2019.1_0524_1430.tar.gz.
Navigate to the directory Xilinx_Vivado_SDK_2019.1_0524_1430.
For Windows, run "xsetup.exe" and follow the installer prompts. For Linux, run "xsetup".
