This application note describes the packaging and integration of a handheld laser display device using a MEMS micromirror. It explains the design and the assembly of the device while focusing on the potential challenges such as optical alignment of main components, circuit design, and programming.
The intended audience of this application note is researchers who wish to integrate high-voltage, high-speed MEMS devices with circuits and control systems.
