This document provides the following details about the V93K Test Generator: Demonstrates the steps involved in generating the SmarTest understandable Pin, Timing, and Vector configuration files from input VCD or Extended VCD files using the V93K Test Generator tool. Demonstrates the procedure to load the output configuration files into SmarTest, view the input and expected output waveforms, and execute the functional test on the Device Under Test (DUT) using these waveforms.
